After you download and unzip the file, select all the files and folder.Put them in a new folder in your desktop, make up a folder " mysite".
Double click the index.html on this new folder you should be able to preview them.
For some reason with this new flash mx2004, it doesn't allow you to view files directly from your hard drive
For example, C:\unzipped\fp016/index.html, This problem will not occur if the url c:/DocumentsandSettings/user_name/Desktop/mysite/index.html
