To update the file, delete the old swf and put the new one, it will not effect your existing text content. However, there might be some design that had been recontructed so you need to cut and paste your text file.
There many free designs that we have over the year and some folk the rezip and rename the zip file.
So please..

Donot forget to mention the name of the design ( the name of the design is the swf file).
